SERVICE TERMS
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Every project has its own soul and complexity. From the beginning of a project to its completion, it can vary from an estimate of 3 to 10 weeks, depending on what you hire us for. Rush orders are also available but at a different cost.
REVISIONS
Our standard is limited to 2 revisions per project. We ask our clients to provide their observations and feedback at a maximum of 5 business days of receipt. If it takes longer than that, the timeframe of completion will change. In case we don’t receive any news from your side for more than a month, your initial deposit will be forfeit and your project will be given free market and put on sale for future clients.
PROJECT START FEE
To commence working, we will need for you to pay 50% of the total fee. Once the complete project is presented via video call, the lasting 50% needs to be paid within the next 3 business days to deliver the final files. Every extra day upon that, will have an extra cost of a 10% of the total of the project.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to back out of a project, a kill-fee will be instated. This fee is set for the 50% remaining. In case of cancellation, no files will be delivered. If a client change its mind, and would like to continue with a project after cancellation, the remainder must be paid in a timeline of no more than 15 days. Once past, the project will be given free market and put on sale for future clients.
